Why design

Organizations large and small use design thinking to routinely innovate by connecting to and understanding their customers, clients and colleagues better. Using your team's own challenges we'll work closely with you to uncover human needs, reframe problems as opportunities for design, and generate breakthrough ideas that we bring to life in the moment.

Our entire team have trained and/or taught at Stanford’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (the and will bring that rigorous expertise in the practices and principles of human-centered design to your organization.

Our services include

  • User experience research and ethnographic studies

  • Facilitation of design sprints (1-day to multi-week)

  • Experience prototyping and testing in real-life settings

  • Design Thinking training programs (ranging from 4 hours to several months)
